Yassss! Our tour guide (Yuri) was absolutely superb—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. Not to mention, she was so kawaii and beautiful!
She explained everything clearly and shared many interesting insights about each destination, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. Her kindness, patience, and positive energy truly made the day even more special.
She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Thanks to her excellent guidance and warm personality, the whole trip was smooth, memorable, and stress-free.
No regrets at all choosing this day trip—it exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of our Japan journey. Highly recommended!

highly recommended! driver was punctual, on time & a good driver. we planned our own itinerary to see Mt.Fuji. decided to skip lawson popular spot because Fuji-san was not visible during the that time. however our driver was so nice that he recommended us to visit the Fuji Senja Jinja Shrine, which was absolutely breathtaking & serene. we took our time to tour around the area. thank you!

The weather was better than expected and I got great views of Fujisan. Golddy was amazing in letting us know where to get the best photo spots and also introduced the snacks we should be trying along the way. This tour packs a lot of spots but I think the time given at each stop was good enough.

This was my first trip to Mount Fuji, and it was an amazing experience. The driver was both a driver and a guide at the same time, and he provided excellent service throughout the journey. He was very friendly, helpful, and truly had a great service mind. If I have the chance to visit again in the future, I would definitely choose this service again.

We decided to rent a private car for a day trip to Kawagoe and I am so glad we did. Kawagoe Is the most charming little town with the most amazing shrine and cherry blossom views!! Loved this side quest!!

Very accomodating Tour Guide. Salute Mr. Ben. Being Multi Lingual speaker is a +++. Easily accessible meet-up Point with a bright orange Flag. On time departure and arrival. He really made sure that we are okay every time. The sledding activity was one of a kind. Beginner friendly. He even gave us all a Mt. Fuji picture souvenir. Thank you Ben!

The overall experience was better than expected, and the location was convenient. If the hotel parking lot is full, there are still multiple parking lot options downstairs, which also cooperate with the hotel, and you can get a 100 Yen refund. You can also see Mount Fuji from the windows in the room.

it was worth more than for the price. I paid 4,000yen only for 2 of us, used the bathrob, hair dryer,kettle, tv,shampoo, towel, etc. And if you have car, there is a cheap parking area nearby, dont park beside the building, it was expensive.
