room is ok.. breakfast are good but not much options compared to other 5* hotel. roti canai is superb..! the best roti canai ever (after pavilion hotel)

Good location, within walking distance to One Utama Shopping Centre. Rooms are clean & aircon works well. My only complaint is breakfast not good enough, not much selection & quality really not good enough. Persoanlly, I think can skip breakfast & go shopping mall to eat instead.

The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional, making the stay truly enjoyable. The location was excellent with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, an outstanding stay and excellent value for money.

Stayed for just 1 night. Overall clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and environment. Did not use the facilities or eat there so can't comment. Only comment would be the quality of the towels, they were thin and rough. Could also provide a hand towel for convenience.

Attached to mall and plenty of eateries around. Easy pickup service. very spacious 2 room apartment. minor issue - somehow microwave oven cannot be used consecutively for a few times. aircond was strong enough

The hotel serves breakfast every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. From the hotel, there is a bus that you can ride to the train station. From the train station, you will be able to get to different places, like the Central Station, which is the main station.
The room is a bit small but enough for one or two people, and it's an okay experience overall.

The shop is easy to find. The staff and instructor were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time learning pottery, and the process was so much fun. Especially that moment when you see the shape of your bowl or cup forming - it feels like watching your newborn baby take shape. LOL.
I’ll definitely come back again. The only thing is the class cost is a bit on the high side 😂

80x80 took me 9 hours to complete over 3 days… I’m not sure if that’s normal but I don’t think I was particularly slow🤣 for my first time tufting I think I should have been less ambitious by doing a smaller piece. either ways, this was a great experience!
