My tour unfortunately got cancelled but I managed to get another booking with the same operator and it was great. Wine Hops guides are friendly and knowledgeable. The penguin parade was also fun and the penguins are super cute. But it was very cold even though we went on the last days of Nov. Healesville Sanctuary is beautiful and a definite must visit if you want to go to a beautiful zoo. (bring a bug face net to stop the pesky flies around the face though)

Great Disappointment! My wife and I waited at the hotel from 9.45am (18/11). The operator did not turn up even at 12.30pm. The operator did not even have the courtesy to call. The day was just wasted. Have requested for a refund with Klook but no news till today (22/11).

ෆිලිප් දූපත අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම යා යුතු තැනක්! හුරුබුහුටි පෙන්ගුයින් බොහෝමයක් දැකගත හැකි වූ අතර, අප විසින්ම යනවාට වඩා සංචාරයක් අනුගමනය කිරීම ඇත්තෙන්ම පහසු විය.

Love the penguin parade! Itinerary changed last min and didn’t go to Healesville sadly. Guide is great!

Is like a lot more driving than tour. Wasn’t very interactive and we were given short time at each stop even though the tour supposed to end at 1130pm, we reach back our hotel at 9+pm.
