太方便了，在大阪站把行李托运了，到广岛后直接开启观光模式，晚上回酒店就可以直接取行李。再也不需要大包小包的拎着逛街。

This luggage delivery service was incredible! I dropped my bags at Hiroshima Station in the morning, and by the time I checked into my Kyoto hotel that evening, my luggage was already waiting for me. After buying on KLOOK, you get a voucher with clear instructions. Seven days before your delivery, you use the merchant's website to book and enter your details. The site is user-friendly, though the earliest delivery date I could select online was the day after drop-off. Even with the explanatory notes on the page, I was a bit worried same-day delivery wouldn't happen. Thankfully, there was no need to worry! The Hiroshima Station staff were incredibly enthusiastic and spoke some English. They helped me with the paperwork and promised my bags would reach my hotel before 9 PM. True to their word, the hotel front desk already had my luggage safely stored when I arrived to check in. This is an incredibly convenient service that I highly recommend!

第一次尝试在广岛和新大阪之间寄送行李～服务体验超棒！Crosta与佐川急便的合作也非常专业，前台交接流程很快，配送也十分细致。当天到达新大阪时，行李已经安全送达。不用拖着重物到处走，体验到了真正的“空手旅游”，下次还会再用！

I wasn't sure if this was going to work. Finding the drop-off point was a true hassle, they were super confused at counters (Silver Week). I dropped off at 11:15 on the day. My luggage was delivered the same day and arrived to my hotel before I did :) so I was very very happy. I didn't pay anything extra (recieved 100% discount) than what Klook was offering. I recieved all needed information. although the website is not really mpbile friendly. Super happy with the service though!

第一次用這種行李寄送服務，意外覺得方便！ 下午兩點前在新大阪站把行李交給服務中心，就可以直接兩手空空搭新幹線去廣島。 到廣島後一路玩到晚上才回飯店，Check-in 的時候行李已經到了，飯店人員還直接幫我送到房間。原本寫晚上九點前會送到，後來聽說其實下午五點半左右就到了，比我本人還早很多😂 不過第一次使用有幾個地方要注意。 除了在 KLOOK 下訂之外，還要另外去佐川急便的網站登錄資料，這部分稍微有點麻煩。 尤其飯店不是自己輸入名稱，而是要從系統選單裡面找。所以建議盡量選老牌或大型飯店，比較保險。比較新的小型飯店、民宿，不一定會出現在選單裡，最好訂之前先確認一下。 新大阪站的寄送櫃檯也需要稍微走一段，不過沿路指標滿清楚，不太會找不到。 日本新幹線帶大型行李本來就比較麻煩，有些尺寸還要事先預約特大行李放置處，加上拖著行李在車站走來走去真的很累。如果跟我一樣，換城市當天還想直接去玩、不想先繞去飯店放行李，這個服務我覺得很值得用。唯一希望改善的就是網路登錄流程，如果可以再簡單一點就更好了！

had a bit of an tech issue in the morning when i went to drop off my bags, but everyone was super nice and in the end I got my bags dropped off and they arrived in osaka by 5:30pm

i checked the delivery area but not closely enough as only during drop off did i realize they could not deliver straight to my hotel :( but the staff were very kind and patient with me. just had the luggage sent to Shin-Osaka station and picked up from there. just triple check the eligible delivery areas is where your hotel is located and this service is perfect !!!

Das Gepäck ist wie versprochen am selben Tag angekommen. Leider war der Versand ab Osaka nicht sehr komfortabel. Die Angestellten kannten das Angebot nicht - obwohl dort ein Plakat für diesen Service hing. Ich habe über 30 Minuten gebraucht um das Gepäck aufzugeben. Ich kann es für diesen Preis leider nicht wirklich empfehlen.

Gepäck wurde am selben Tag geliefert. Mitarbeiter bei Crosta hilflos. Kannten das Angebot nicht. Haben ewig gebraucht um das Gepäck zu verschicken. Dadurch haben wir viel Zeit verloren.
