Driver Wang contacted us 1 day before the trip via wechat to confirm the pick-up time and which section of the Great Wall we wanted to visit. On the day itself, he messaged us 30 minutes before arrival and waited patiently for us. We were on time, he was just too early. 😅 His car was spotless and complimentary mineral water was provided. During the journey, he shared interesting insights about daily life in Beijing, his background, local history and pointed out landmarks along the way. He is a natural storyteller and could easily double as a tour guide. He also helped us purchase our Great Wall tickets and even checked if seniors were eligible for discounts. He gave honest hiking advice that matched our research perfectly. Highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. On the return trip, we requested to be dropped off at a shopping mall near our hotel and he kindly accommodated our request. Highly recommend this service. If you're lucky enough to get Mr Wang, you're in great hands!

satisfied with our lady driver and her service. we originally booked for the dates when great wall was closed due to weather conditions. so we rescheduled it early at 6am on the day of our flight back! the driver brought us to Juyongguan but was still closed, we tried Badaling it was open but packed with tourists already even at the 7am opening. we were dropped at the airport after. we also upgraded to a MPV instead of sedan because we have luggages. thank you very much.

Super clean car and friendly driver. Ride to Great Wall was super jam, took 2.5 hours to and fro.. total 5 hours just on the road. Planned for Badaling but driver suggested Mutianyu. And we never regretted changing the route. It was a great experience

Wang Li our driver was amazing he was waiting at 6.30 am and we got to the Wall before 7.30am (and avoided the large crowds). it was a lovely car. Wang Li arranged for us to be dropped off right next to Cable Car. We got straight on the Cable car and the views were phenomenal. we then went down to the Wall itself and climbed to a lookout. Wang Li then collected us and brought us home to the hotel. As a wheelchair user the service was so good and appreciated as it enabled me to really experience this Wonder of the World. It was a perfect way to complete our Beijing holiday and we will certainly book with these guys again when we return for a longer vacation.

We had Lily as our driver to the Great Wall. Lily was really professional, she advised us on the best route to take and even helped us purchase cable car tickets on the day itself. Thank you, my family and I had a great time!

zhu was such a pleasant driver. very had a joyful day going to the Great Wall. we feared that it would be packed with people but it was totally fine.

Mr Wang Sheng was very nice, drove us to and back safely. initially we wanted to go to Juyongguan but he recommended us to go Mutianyu instead due to better facilities and cable cars that will aid some of our climb, n so glad we chosed Mutianyu instead. Also he recommended to go early in the morning to avoid the traffic jam. Going early is so important, since it tends to not be crowded and the sun is not too strong yet! Also, Mr Wang Sheng brought us to toilets that are cleaner, which is so important too! hehe

我們的司機小麗非常好，車輛舒適、駕車安全！安排的也非常貼心，讓我們最後還可以在果園採果，讓我們的慕田峪之旅又增添了一些樂趣！還提前一天詢問幫我們先買門票，減少我們排隊的時間！

Our driver Zhu is really helpful . He patiently waited us at the lobby despite us arriving late from the flight delay. We were with two elderly , a kid and couple ( 5 pax ) in total , and the car driven was very comfortable . We were sat in Mercedes MPV , which is very comfortable . Zhu was really kind showing us around and suggesting locals attractions, we had a great and enjoyable time. We extended his service throughout 5 days of our visits in Beijing. It is so convenient especially for those with kids or elderly ! I strongly recommend this if you plan to have a peace of mind. Will definitely revisit with Zhu when I’m back to Beijing again . Between a quick tip, do contact them a day before with WECHAT or local call , to make sure the driver or the company able to contact you. Sometimes klook will miss out our informations. Just do a safe check by calling a couple of day before , and send your suggested itinerary.
