Dev is a legend and I couldn't recommend him more. Driving was great, had all the time in the world for us, very patient, good English and good history of Japan. Definitely pick Dev if you can.

Traveling early really helps us reach our destination on time and enjoy each tourist destination well. and the recommended places to eat are very delicious. The dispatcher reached out to me the day before to confirm my appointment through WhatsApp, and even suggested an earlier departure to beat the crowds at Jigokudani Monkey Park. The overall drive was comfortable and our driver was very friendly and caring, even offering to walk the path to the admissions booth of the Monkey Park with us, a walk that is ~30 to 40 minutes one way. Additionally, he was very helpful though it seems that there were some communication issues that may need to be fixed (I.e., I asked if he had been to the Monkey Parks before, to which he responded that we will be arriving in X minutes). Additionally, the schedule allows for 10 hours of accompanying travel, which does also include the travel to/from your accommodation in Tokyo. Realistically, you'll be able to visit 2 locations comfortably, otherwise it would be a rush to hit every itenerary. Overall a great experience and friendly services, but can definitely improve.

We had Zain Cheema as our guide. He was professional and knowledgeable with the tour areas. There are multiple time slots to choose from however best to take the earliest one as it is 4hr plus drive 1-way as best advised by Zain.

Zain Cheema was my guide. The overall journey was amazing! We saw the monkeys, Matsushiro and Matsumoto Castle. It would have been great if besides a good driver, we would have had someone with local/historical knowledge.

misrepresented; although advertised as a 6-seater, it effectively seats only 5, making it impractical for anything longer than a 5-minute drive, especially as the car was banged up and not clean. The itinerary was a total failure because despite a 10:00 start, we arrived after 14:00 when most sites were closing, meaning we only saw one shrine briefly. Furthermore, there was no disclosure regarding the difficult path to the monkeys, which was completely omitted from the itinerary and unsuitable for elderly passengers, making the entire experience an absolute disappointment.

Of the five attractions advertised in the itinerary, we were only driven to two. We were only able to stay for such a short time at one site (15mins) as we were advised the trip back to Tokyo would take longer than what we paid for with this package (through Klook) and we would have to pay the drivers extra. We left at 6am in the morning and didn't get home until 7:45pm. We rushed through the attractions as fast as we could and were stuck in the car for 12hrs. The guide did not explain that we wouldnt be going to all the attractions. He just didn't take us! The itinerary is completely unrealistic from Tokyo. Do not recommend.
