We had a lovely morning perfume-making session at NOTE. Although the workshop was a bit far from where we were staying, it was well worth the trip. Our facilitator, Cam, was very hands-on and guided us every step of the way. She made the basics easy to understand and was incredibly encouraging throughout the process. She also shared her expertise on which scents to blend to achieve our desired fragrance. After the session, we enjoyed exploring and smelling the full range of scents they have in-store. Plus, as workshop participants, we received a discount on our purchases! Overall, this is a perfect experience if you’re looking for a relaxing and intentional activity while you're in hcmc!

The class was very very good as compared to what my daughter had in Singapore. Well pace and the instructor was very patient with our questions too. Will definitely come back!

I had such a lovely time at The Scent Lab in Ho Chi Minh City. The class was simple, calm, and really enjoyable. Doli guide you step by step, so it’s easy to create your own perfume even if you’re new. I liked how relaxed everything felt, and how you can choose scents that match your mood and style. In the end, you get a perfume that’s truly your own. A very nice and unique experience,I’d recommend it if you want to try something different. I named it Eau de parfum Marie 😍

මම වැඩමුළුවේදී පුදුමාකාර කාලයක් ගත කළා. එය විනෝදජනක, ප්‍රායෝගික අත්දැකීමක් වූ අතර එහිදී මම සුවඳ විලවුන් නිර්මාණය ගැන බොහෝ දේ ඉගෙන ගත් අතර මගේම අභිරුචි සුවඳක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමට අවස්ථාව ලැබුණා. කැම් සහ ඇගේ සහායිකා ඇම්බර් ඉතා අපූරුයි. ඔවුන් සෑම පියවරක්ම ඉවසීමෙන් හා ප්‍රවීණත්වයෙන් පැහැදිලි කිරීමට කාලය ගත්තා. වසර 20කට වැඩි කාලයක් රූපලාවණ්‍ය ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ සිටි කෙනෙකු ලෙස, ඔවුන්ගේ දැනුම, වෘත්තීයභාවය සහ ඔවුන් විසින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද පිළිගැනීමේ පරිසරය ගැන මම අතිශයින් පැහැදුණා. මට අමුතු සිදුවීමක් අත්විඳින්නට ලැබුණා, මගේ ඉදිරිපිට සිටි යුවළක් මුළු කාලය පුරාම මා දෙස බලා සිනාසුණා. ඔවුන් සිතුවේ මම ඔවුන්ගේ භාෂාව කතා නොකළ නිසා, මට ශක්තිය හෝ මුහුණේ ඉරියව් කියවීමට නොහැකි බවයි. එම මොහොත අත්දැකීම පිළිබඳ කිසිදු පිළිබිඹුවක් නොවීය. එය හුදෙක් නිරීක්ෂණයක් පමණයි, වැඩමුළුව සමස්තයක් ලෙස කෙතරම් අපූරුද යන්න පිළිගනිමින් අවංකව බෙදා ගැනීමට මට අවශ්‍යයි. මම විවිධ සුවඳ වර්ග සාම්පල් කිරීම/මිශ්‍ර කිරීම, ඒවා මගේ සම මත පරීක්ෂා කිරීම සහ මගේ නිමි නිර්මාණය බෝතල් කිරීම ඉතා සතුටින් කළා. HCMC වෙත පැමිණෙන ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුට මම මෙම පන්තිය බෙහෙවින් නිර්දේශ කරන අතර අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම නැවත පැමිණෙනු ඇත.

the workshop is very fun and enjoyable. the workshop provide wide varieties of scents and we got to take home a little souvenir that reminds us Vietnam! the instructor is very friendly and answers our questions accordingly. would definitely try the candle making one if we visit vietnam in near future.

We joined the candle-making workshop by NOTE - The Scent Lab in Ho Chi Minh and absolutely loved the experience! The session was divided into three parts — first, a short but informative introduction about scents; second, creating our own custom fragrance; and finally, blending it with the candle wax and decorating the finished product. Each step was hands-on and well-guided. The instructor was super friendly, engaging, and really made the whole process fun. I especially enjoyed the mini games, which kept everyone active and made learning about different scents even more enjoyable. The studio was also easy to find, with a cozy and relaxing ambiance that fit perfectly with the activity. There’s even a shop downstairs with beautiful perfume extracts — a nice touch if you want to take home something extra. Overall, it was a fun, creative, and relaxing workshop — highly recommended for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh who wants to try something unique!

I am not very good at English, but the instructor was very kind and easy to understand and gave me a fun explanation. I participated with my mother, but I can get more happiness than the price. I had a very meaningful time with the people living there who participated together. This is an experience that you should definitely put into your trip.
