We were upgraded to their new Diamond Era cruise. Communication was excellent,with full itinerary sent the day before. The limousine transfer was business class standard, with comfortable seats & complimentary bottled water for every passenger. Although we were running late, our tour guide, Vincent, waited patiently for us. He was professional, humble, friendly & knowledgeable. His explanations throughout the day were clear & informative, & he made sure everyone knew what to expect. The cruise itself was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, modern & well maintained. Lunch was good, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Drinks were reasonably priced,& the cruise staff were polite, attentive & worked hard throughout the day. This one day Ha Long Bay cruise is a must. It is a long and tiring day, but it is well worth it. Doing it with this team made the experience even better. Thank you to Vincent & the whole team for making our trip an enjoyable one.

After reading reviews, we booked the Hercules Premium Day Cruise for two on 30 April, opting for the limousine bus with pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter. The operator contacted us a day in advance with clear details. Our guide, Austin, was punctual and guided us to a nearby pick up point. The limousine bus was comfortable with ample legroom, though traffic extended the journey to nearly five hours instead of three. We arrived at the cruise around 1.30 pm and had a buffet lunch with prompt refills, though drinks were chargeable. The itinerary included Sung Sot Cave, Hang Luon, and Ti Top Island. At Hang Luon, optional speed boat rides were available, while bamboo boat and kayaking were included. A tea break was served on the return journey, and we reached Hanoi on time. Overall, the trip was well organised and hassle free. Austin was attentive and made a strong effort to explain the sights. I would recommend this experience for a convenient Halong Bay day trip.

Sir Sam was our tour guide and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable about our trip. He talked about the history of Ha Long Bay and we enjoyed it. attractions on route: everything was attractive and worth every penny service: GREAT!

Tinh , I had an amazing experience with our tour guide in Halong Bay! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area, sharing fascinating stories about the bay's formation and local traditions. Simply put, this was the highlight of our trip to Hanoi and Sapa. Our guide, Jason, did a wonderful job showing us around. He was funny and spoke English at a higher level than the guides we had on other tours. The boat we were on was first rate. The buffet lunch and drinks were excellent, the staff onboard were very friendly and attentive. Every so we had throughout the day was enjoyable, particularly the cave and the speedboat. When you take a trip, you want to have great memories from the places you went and the things you did. This is exactly what we got from the Halong Bay cruise. Gorgeous surroundings, fun activities, great food. It may have been the premium tour, but it was so worth it.

A wonderful experience for first-timers in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay! The cruise was very clean, the amenities were exceptional, and most importantly, the guide — the best one, Mr. Jason! Firstly our guid Nam was very professional, knoledgable and kind. With 15+ years of experience under his belt you can trust him and ask anything. It really shows with his enthusiasm and genuine enjoyment for what he does. The crew was stellar and professional, the ship was very clean and truly gives the quality for price (and some). We had an amazing time today on the cruise. Our guide T was amazing and very informative. We saw so much and enjoyd the itinerary a lo. definitely recommend as it is a very pleasant activity to do while in Vietnam.
