The transfers were quick and smooth. The tour itself was not overcrowded but very comfortable. The buffet was tasty and fresh as well. A couple of things to take note of: the tourist spots were quite crowded, which is understandable given how popular Ha Long Bay is. It would also be great if the cruise could provide complimentary plain water on board for guests. tour was great, cruise was great, the only downside was how messy and unorganized the bamboo boat queue was. we waited so long at our gate that we ended up reaching the high tide and we didnt get to cross the cave.
