සින්ත්‍රා පෙනා මාලිගය සහ ක්වින්ටා දා රෙගලෙයිරා සම්පූර්ණ දින මාර්ගෝපදේශ සංචාරය

කැමිලා ඉතා හොඳ සහ උපකාරී සංචාරක මාර්ගෝපදේශිකාවකි. අපි Quinta Regeira සහ Pena Palace සඳහා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර මිලදී ගත්තේ නැත, ඇය Pena Palace නැරඹීම සඳහා Pena Palace උද්‍යානයේ පිටත ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රය මිලදී ගැනීමට අපට උපදෙස් දීමට ඉතා කාරුණික විය. ඇයට ස්තූතිවන්ත වන අතර, අපි උද්‍යාන ටිකට් පත මිලදී ගත් අතර Pena Palace හි අපූරු දසුන මග හැරී නොගිය නිසා අපි කෘතඥ විය. අපි දිවා ආහාරය ද මිලදී නොගත් අතර, ඇය අපට අවන්හල් නිර්දේශ කිරීමට කාරුණික විය. ඇය අපව සහ අනෙකුත් අමුත්තන් හොඳින් බලා ගත්තාය. රියදුරු (ඔහුගේ නම අමතක වීම ගැන කණගාටුයි) ද විශිෂ්ටයි. කැමිලා සහ රියදුරු යන දෙදෙනාම හොඳ කාර්යයක් කළා! අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම තරු 5ක් වටිනවා.

the tour was awesome, full of trivia learning, laughter and joy. thanks to Carlos for being a great and thoughtful guide❤️🙏

Everything went well. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the Regalia due to delays. Paulo our guide was great, he was very apologetic about being unable to visit the Regalia. It was not his fault as there were slight inconvenience and delays. Though I had wish I got what I paid for. Either way, ever other aspect of the tour was great. Paulo's knowledge of everything was amazing.

Our guide Hugo is a friendly and informative person. We able to visit Quinta da Regaleira in good paces. Unfortunatly our group unable to visit Pena Palace due road block caused by unpredictable weather the day before our visit. In exchange we visit national palace of sintra.

가이드 Myriam의 열정적인 안내와 설명으로 너무 즐거운 하루였습니다. 호카곶이 포함되지 않은 투어를 예약했는데 호카곶도 같이 방문했습니다. 헤갈레이라와 페냐궁전 티켓이 포함된 투어를 예약해서 편하게 여행할 수 있었습니다. 가이드 투어라서 여유로운 관람은 어렵지만 꼭 필요한 곳을 방문할 수 있어 좋았습니다. Myriam의 노래 실력이 굉장히 좋아서 여행의 즐거움이 두배가 되었습니다. 감사합니다!

paulo is the guide of our tour n he provided very detail information of the castle or the sites visited in both English and Spanish . very friendly and provided good recommendation of our lunch place at sintra !

Joao was a friendly and pleasant guide. we enjoyed roaming the grounds of both places. two in a day was at good pace. we especially enjoyed the tunnels and stairs throughly

really like the open top bus that adds to the tour experience. worthwhile day trip to sintra, regaleria and pena palace, and cabo da roca aka “end of the world”. saw that some groups have guides who follow to give guided tour inside the palaces. given the price, great if the guide could have a radio for everyone and accompany group inside the various attractions - otherwise it’s hard to catch the story if it’s told before or after, the experience inside is key.

the experience fell significantly below our expectations: Late and Unorganized Start with no clear communication or coordination, causing confusion and delay from the very beginning. Shattered Windshield and Unsafe Transport. Uncomfortable and Inappropriate Vehicle Swap: the new van was far too small to fit 9 people comfortably. It also had no working air conditioning, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. Unprofessional Behavior: The driver never assisted with opening or closing the van doors. Unsafe Drop-Off, the driver had us park and walk approximately 10 minutes uphill along a narrow, unsafe road used by vehicles and dangerous. Lack of Guidance During Sightseeing and late Return which cause delayed of our plan. Overall, we are extremely disappointed.

the tour guide, Adreia is amazing! She provides lots of detailed information and history. and she is quite humorous and making the whole trip very enjoyable. highly recommend!
