we just booked it the night before our intended trip. it was easy to find based on the instructions. the bus personnel will also ask for your return time before boarding. it was also nice that they are giving some information about the areas that the bus passed by on the way to La Roca. we weren’t able to use the 10% VIP voucher since most of the shops we went to didn’t accept it.

I just purchased the tickets when I arrived the bus terminal as to make sure I could able to get on the bus. It's convenient to find the bus terminal, walk straight from the metro, and check with the staff there to see which bus stop to go as there're 2 operators. They will scan your Klook coupon and asked you choose a return time (you can choose the latest time and return earlier if seats available, that's my case!), the staff will print a receipt with QR code to you and use that for return trip.

Nice outlet, wide range of choice of brand. the coach is very comfortable. remember to scan the QR code on the window next to your seat to get 10% off. However, the guide mentioned we can do tax refund in the city, he should mention that only for "Planet" tax refund, not for other refund company like Global Blue.

we enjoyed the shopping at this village and the bus made it very convenient to get to and fro from the city centre.

check in was super easy and bus was on time. the journey is a mere 40 minutes and items were nicely priced due to Black Friday sales.

bus easy to find. it runs every hour and very nice. it is in platform 16 or 18. will recommend this to my family

車站在北站很容易找，等巴士的站台比較混亂，一會說16號一會又說28號，差點上錯車。終於上了巴士，很乾淨，服務一流。直接掃QR碼就可以，非常方便。
