The rooms are pretty good we were told we would be able to see the parks from where we were which was OK. We also had two disabled children out of the four children with us and wanted to make sure that our rooms were connected when we called the first couple of times it was maybe we’ll get that to happen because we didn’t book it directly through Hilton so that was a little frustrating because we had two rooms that were booked together, so it was very possible that our rooms could’ve been on completely different areas after contacting several times we were assured that they would be adjoining connecting rooms and then they even made a special touch for our five year-old, whose birthday was on the day of arrival. The breakfast attendance were very nice each day although I wish there was a bit more to the breakfast variety, especially for people who have limited diets. Most of the food were carbs and sugar, which were not available to eat. The pool was cold and there weren’t very many towels available. The food in the restaurant was pretty pricey so we had to look elsewhere after a long day of travel to feed the eight people in our travel party the evening front desk staff seemed pretty grouchy most of the time. And then on our departure, we had a shuttle person who was taking in personal vehicle standards and refuse to take us to the airport and we asked the front desk staff frantically to help and they kind of looked at us like we were insane because of the situation.

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Anaheim Resort was absolutely amazing! We traveled from Arizona for a very special trip to Disneyland with my son and his best friends. I had a special request and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make it happen. I asked if there was any way we could be on the same floor as my son's best friends and his family, and not only did they accommodate us, they placed us right next door to each other! That small act of kindness made a huge difference and helped create one of the best weekends ever for our boys. Watching them experience Disneyland together and make memories was priceless. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The walk to Disneyland was only about 10 to 12 minutes, making it incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day. The staff's willingness to help, their friendliness, and their attention to our request made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you for helping make this trip so special for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable- so great to have a space to retreat to after long park days or for a nice recharging nap. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommend!

Staff was very welcoming and very attentive with anything needed. Very clean property. I was very impressed by the spaciousness of the room. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable (even the sofa bed, according to my very picky 9 year old) and having the kitchen set up was very handy. The location is a quick 10 minute walk to Disney security. Very easy to navigate. Beautiful outdoor pool area and the hot tub was very welcomed after a full day at the parks. Full breakfast options of bagels, bread, waffles (self-cooked), English muffin to make your own breakfast sandwich with either sausage or bacon and egg along with breakfast potatoes. And if a full breakfast isn't your jam, there is cereal, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I have zero complaints from our stay and would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Anaheim. Cannot wait to stay again.

Jennifer at the front desk was very receptive and cordial. she listened to my concerns and they were addressed The room we had on theb6th floor was very quite slept well. Another positive and unique thing i noticed was the Breakfast also was good unlike most hotels.
