Right around the corner from U2. Easy access to get to other main train stations during you stay. Quite, neighborhood location but accessible as a traveler. My stay was great! Staff is friendly, room was clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here. My only down point to note, the pillows were too soft! A firmer pillow would have made sleep even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a disappointment. At first glance, the room looked small but nicely designed. However, after a few minutes, the practical issues became obvious. There was no proper place to open a medium or large suitcase except on the clean bed, and once opened, there was nowhere to keep it. There was space for a mini fridge and a safe, but surprisingly no kettle. Perhaps in Berlin I should adjust my priorities! The bed was comfortable and clean, which was definitely a positive. The bathroom was much less impressive. It gave the impression that the toilet had seen much better days – either it was very worn out or simply not cleaned thoroughly. The towels felt more like the ones you throw on the floor after a shower than ones you would want to dry yourself with – they were very thin and rough. Of course, everyone has different standards. The hotel creates the impression of being quite luxurious, and everything looks good until you step into the bathroom or try to unpack your suitcase. Unless you're travelling with just a small weekend bag. The location is good, but Berlin has such an excellent public transport system that most hotels in the city centre can be considered well located.

Very nice room, located close to public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and the staff was very helpful.

Location is very good for visiting Berlin's major sites. The rooms are a bit on the small side. There aren't many cafes around the property so if you are only there for a few days take the breakfast option at the hotel, their breakfast is fine.

Everything was fab! 10/10

Everything about the hotel was good except the bed was so hard that I woke at 3:00 in the morning with a very painful hip that continue hurting for the remainder of the day. Luckily I travel within air mattress and had to blow it up in the middle of the night then sleep on it. Berlin was in the middle of a heatwave in the air conditioner worked very well In fact it was a little bit too cold for me.

Great trip, was very easy to extend our stay and brekfast was good
