Nice quaint hotel. Old school. Nothing fancy. Excellent location for action. Restaurants everywhere. Quiet hotel which was great. AC great, kept room nice and cool Rooms are for 1 individual possibly couple. TV broken so they had to switch to my room. Bathroom rack fell off the wall with one touch. Overall it served its purpose. If I want another getaway alone and want to save a little money, would I stay here again, yes

This property was well maintained, it's in a convenient location with easy access to transit from bus to train. The rooms are very small but well maintained. And useful for overnight stays, events and other purposes to your choice.

Small and a bit of an aged space but still very clean and centrally located.

Free coffee and lounge 24hrs, staff was beyond helpful and super nice. Rooms basic and small but comfortable!

Good location, but disappointing for the price. The hotel is in a good location and easy to get around from, which was a positive. However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The room was small, the bedsheets did not feel properly clean, and the bathroom also needed more attention. For the price paid, I expected a much better standard. The location is convenient, but the cleanliness and room quality let the hotel down.

Was on the first floor, and the window didn't have a lock.

The staff were very helpful. Housekeeping provided clean towels but did not remove used towels. The rack for bath towels was unreachable for 5' towel me.

Highly recommend!. Location, customer service, clean room,/comfortable bed, unlimited coffee and filtered water. The only downsize was the no water pressure in the shower.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were told there would be a third party processing fee. I questioned that and the woman at the front desk very bluntly said "if you don't pay it, you can't check in". It was late in the day and we had to settle so we paid it. This place is not suitable as a hotel. A halfway house room, MAYBE. But not night hotel of a certain amount Zero amenitities. The phone at the front desk didn't work the entire time so I couldn't get through to ask questions about check in and a refrigerator before check in. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling down, the shower head barely attached to the wall. It was a disaster.

The hotel is in an excellent spot. My room was tiny, but clean and was perfect for the single night stay. This hotel has the typical case of NYC's paper thin walls, but they only have two rooms per floor, so internal noise is limited. Staff was incredibly professional and welcoming.
