We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It was literally 5 mins walk from Kyoto station. We got the suite and it came with a massage chair!! Hotel is very clean. We did not try the breakfast buffet as we always wake up late. The best part is, 7-11 is literally next door!
The only complaint is , there’s only 3 laundry machines and 1 under maintenance when we got there. You can see the status (mins left) on the tv. We literally had to try 3 times and it was already 11:30pm before we gor lucky. One thing we noticed, their staff also uses the laundry so they had special privilege sign that they put “not available “ so they can use it. I think they should have separate laundry for staff to accommodate the clients.
