Hotel: Room was clean, neat, and had everything you need. There was a great rooftop bar & pool which offered great views of Hoan Kiem Lake. They also offer complementary drop off to the airport and prepared a takeaway meal for us.
Staff: Everyone was so nice and super helpful. Whether you need recs/advice or need them to contact someone, the staff was always available to help.
Location: it’s central to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s pretty walkable to everywhere while Grab is super cheap!
Definitely would stay here again!
