Great location, super clean, and the Onsen was amazing after walking miles each day. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Easy access to the train station and public transit . The staff are exceptional and the hotel is clean and well appointed. The only disappointment were the laundry facilities, hold use an upgrade. Would recommend this hotel.

LOVED this hotel and stayed for 5 nights. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk from the station, especially when traveling with luggage. The location was very convenient with 7-11 across the road and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was so comfortable. Beds and bedding were also very comfortable and made for many good nights of sleep. Complimentary water. Modern and spotlessly clean bathroom and toilet. We had a view out to Kyoto tower. Lots of usb ports was very useful. Staff were helpful and we could store our luggage at the hotel until check in. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights. Overall good stay. There was a minor mix-up at the beginning, because we had shipped our luggage ahead of time from Osaka, the hotel staff put our luggage in our rooms before we checked in but they mixed up my luggage with someone else's so I had to take the misplace luggage downstairs and retrieve mine. Fortunately they were able to resolve it quickly so no harm done. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Had planned to use the gym, but it only had cardio machines and mats, and we got enough cardio in each day walking around. Beds were comfy but could have used more than one pillow per bed. Appreciated that the washers and dryers were free to use (just need to buy detergent). Would stay here again.

Great service, close to essentials and clean room.

Everything was great. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the room had a separate toilet from the bathroom. The only downside was that the loungewear and sandals were too small.

Amazing experience, spacious rooms

This is not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star or a couple of steps above a hostel. Rooms are tiny and there’s no closet or wardrobe to put your clothes. No iron or ironing board either. Their breakfast was decent though and the location of the hotel is central to a lot of things.

Absolutely amazing hotel. It is clean and very beautiful. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is very friendly. Close to Kyoto Station and bus stops. Luggage forwarding service available at the lobby.
