The place is new, clean and conveniently located. Very nice breakfast.

Great place to stay in a convenient location. Nice property. Rooms were decent size for Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Room and hotel are new and immaculately clean. Very comfortable and nice breakfast buffet selection. As expected for Tokyo, rooms are small. Staff very good! Bus stop right outside hotel door.

My family(3) stayed 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. The front desk staff was very helpful, courteous and true to Japanese tradition. We asked the front desk to call 2 cabs for us because of the amount of luggage we were taking back home. I think I was speaking to the manager when I made this request, he told me the taxi should arrive in 10 minutes(which they did) the manager wheeled out the luggage cart to the taxi, spoke to the cab drivers in Japanese where we needed to go and bowed as we departed. Wow that felt special. We stayed in the connected 2 bedroom- lots of space and 2 of everything(4 beds, 2 toilets & shower/tubs and 2 sinks). Location to Kachidoki Station subway about 8 minutes away. Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson's and Tobu Store(grocery) no more than 5 minutes away. Ice & laundry machine on 3rd floor also gym. Breakfast buffet good but needs variety after the 2nd & 3rd day. Bakery on the 1st floor. Location from Haneda airport around 30 minutes away. We did notice lots of families at breakfast. In conclusion we would definitely stay @ Premier Hotel-Cabin President Tokyo again.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, with delicious high quality breakfast and room was very well maintained.

Best hotel near Tsukiji and toyosu area

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Gym and laundry facilities are available. Convenient location for public transportation. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was modern and offered plenty of amenities for guests who may have forgotten something while traveling. Anything else could easily be found at the 7-Eleven located directly downstairs, which was perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials at any hour. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with both luggage transfers and storing our bags when we arrived before check-in. The on-site self-service laundry was especially convenient for a light packer like myself. As with most hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are smaller by Western standards, but I found them to be more spacious than many other hotels I’ve stayed at throughout the city. The hotel is located in Harumi, between the Tsukiji and Toyosu markets, and is about a 15-minute walk from TeamLab Planets. Kachidoji Station is roughly a 7–8 minute walk away, making it easy to access central Tokyo. The surrounding area is more residential, which means fewer crowds and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle found in many of Tokyo’s more tourist-heavy districts.

If you’re looking for convenient location to all the touristy attractions in Tokyo, I found this location too far from everything. Getting anywhere requires bus transportation to a train station or walking further to a train station. At the end of the day, you’re exhausted thinking about having to get back to hotel. We used the laundry facility and it was nice, but inconvenient that they didn’t provide a change machine or have credit card option to use the laundry and had to go get change elsewhere. Overall, staff, amenities and room was great!
