Everything was very smooth and good

Small but nice , clean , family frendly hitel.Location also nice.We were happy to stay.See you next time.

Overall the hotel was very clean and nice. However, the workers were very rude. They did not have the hospitality to make the guests feel welcomed. When the cleaner was ready to clean the room but saw that I was still in the room, they proceeded to ask me how long it would take for me to leave and when I told them 5 minutes, the housekeeper rolled her eyes at me. Also during breakfast, they were quick to try to push us out of the eating area if they see that we are slowing down in eating. It is a nice hotel, but customer service needs to improve.

It was a nice and convenient to go places. Staff was nice. Food was good.

The hotel staff is very welcoming. Very clean lobby and the room is very spacious .

The TV channels are only in Japanese no international options

Lobby is stocked up with luggage’s, essentially no waiting area.

Super clean and spacious room for four people. We were able to have our luggage fully open in our room. Staff was very nice and efficient :)

This hotel was a huge disappointment. It looks nothing like the pictures. It is messy and the rooms are extremely small and not well maintained. It is constant chaos with how there isn’t even a lobby and the amount of people they have. It is clearly a budget hotel marketed to appear to be 4-stars, I have no idea in what world it would count as one. The staff was completely useless, they do not clean your rooms daily unless you ask, and you have to take the towels outside yourself for them to give you new ones. Even the cleaning staff had a mess on the hallways at all times. They barely give you a pillow that is rock hard and the bed is made without sheets. Also, the rooms aren’t in great condition as the walls are all messed up. The location is also very average, there is nothing closeby except for the tsujiki fish market. I wouldn’t recommend it at all it was a very unpleasant experience all around.

The hotel is ok
