Best hotel I’ve stayed in for years

Breakfast is amazing, a lot of variety to choose from, clean room however you have to get used to a limited space if you’re used to a spacious one.

Estada gratificante no hotel koko, quarto super confortável , muito limpo. Equipe com muita hospitalidade. Café da manhã maravilhoso, desfrutamos todas as manhãs .localizacao mais que adequada, facil para se deslocar por toda a cidade e esta num lugar muito tranquilo e seguro. Altamente recomendável .

This property is keeping clean and friendly stuffs. Very convenient location for many things.

Only 2 washers and dryers for the entire hotel and one of the dryer was not working

no laundry available. some staff are not willing to help. overall stay is ok.

Overall stay was good. The location is 10 min walk from the Hibiya line but there is a bus that goes to and from Downtown Ginza. The staff was not exactly the friendliest compared to the other hotels we stayed in. The breakfast is not great either for 2000 yen. The whole hotel only has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We had to stay in the laundry room for like 3 hours. Will probably skip this hotel in our next trip to Tokyo.

Staff is helpful. We booked twin room for family of 4. Room is small but we manage..we like it because it is near fish market

At most a 3 star hotel. Good for 1 night stay though it’s still quite a walk to Tsukiji station. Stayed 3 nights and the cleaning instructions were confusing. No room cleaning for long stay and written instructions were to bring pyjamas to front desk for change, which is quite a chore. Did that for first day. Asked and were told we can leave outside the room to get replacement, but eventually no new ones were provided and we still have to get it from front desk. We took out the bin bag from the bin to place outside, but no replacement bag was provided and we had to get from front desk. Realized later we had to put the whole bin outside for cleaner to change, but still expected some discretion to provide new bags. Different instructions for game room as well from different staff. Possibly due to lack of Japanese staff, overall staff service wasn’t very friendly. First time I felt frustrated with counter staff in a Japanese hotel. Unlikely to visit again.

In a nutshell: I will stay here again if we return to Tokyo. So happy with pretty much everything! The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in, when we had questions, and when we wanted to leave luggage for an hour after check-out. The hotel was great, noticeably clean, and we liked our room. Four people stayed in the room, with four separate Twin Beds. It worked! And having the sink/bathing area separate from the toilet was so nice with this group. I’m so glad we had breakfast here two mornings! It was filling, delicious, and gave us fun Japanese options to sample without any stress. The location is great. Not too far from a subway station and convenient for walks to a Buddhist temple, the Tsukiji Fish Market, an adjacent Shinto shrine, and lovely garden.
