This was my first time staying here. Since it's a Japanese hotel, I felt at ease knowing I could speak Japanese at the front desk. However, there was one strand of hair on the pillow and another in the bathtub, and the shower pressure was weak, possibly because I was on the 15th floor. Other than that, my stay was problem-free. While the water pressure might be unavoidable, I hope more attention will be paid to cleanliness regarding the hair in the future. I will use this hotel again.

The room is very clean and new. The location is near the bus and train stations and near sinchon shopping area. The staff are approachable and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Convenience of Transportation: It's really convenient; it only takes 10 minutes to get to Hongdae Subway Station from the accommodation. Cleanliness: Quite good; the room and sheets were very clean upon check-in. Breakfast: I only had breakfast once during my stay, and there were many options. Service: The overall service was good, and I initially wanted to give it 5 stars. However, on the last day, when I returned to my room, I found that items that were on the bed had been moved to the windowsill by housekeeping. Also, the refrigerator's power was disconnected without confirmation (it contained yogurt). Deducting only one point for this is quite lenient.

The location is a bit far from the subway station, but it's easy to find if you walk straight from Hapjeong Station Exit 7. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the place is clean. The soundproofing is quite good. Overall, it's excellent and highly recommended. If the price isn't too high on my next trip to Seoul, I'll definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness: Very clean. Hotel location: Located near Hongdae Exit 3. You first walk through a lively commercial area and then enter a quieter residential area, so it is not noisy at night. Transportation convenience: Very convenient. Breakfast: Not provided, but there is a kitchen with tables and chairs for guests to eat and drink conveniently. Service: Luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out. I personally really like this accommodation and highly recommend it.
