Не использовать бумажную регистрацию. Они используют бумажную регистрацию и организатора? Клук? не нашел свою запись, поэтому ждал так долго.

В службе поддержки сказали, что для обмена на билеты мне нужно использовать удостоверение личности, но я им вообще не воспользовалась. Потом я обнаружила, что Klook организовал для меня 2 места в разных рядах (я купил 2 билета сразу, а не по отдельности). ) Когда я пошел обменивать билеты, я обнаружил, что там один.
