Participants are bound by the following terms and conditions.

• Ticket is only valid on Halloween at Ninja Force (designated event) on October 29, 2022. Each participant entering the venue must fill out the "Disclaimer form " before entering the venue. Ninja Force reserves the right to grant admission. Ticket holders must enter at their own risk.
• No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled or as determined by applicable laws and the host organization in the region of purchase. The organizer reserves the right to charge a ticket replacement fee or exchange fee.
• Tickets can be ordered online.
• If the venue must be closed due to bad weather conditions, the organizer will announce the further arrangement.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial use, or for advertising, promotion or any other commercial purpose. Ticket holders will be denied admission if tickets are sold in violation of these terms.

All participants must adhere to the visitor admission policy.

• All participants must be vaccinated according to the latest vaccination requirements, and a “vaccine pass” must be presented upon entry. Participants are also required to scan the "Leave Home Safe” QR code or register their personal information before entering the venue.
• All participants must pass the temperature check at the entrance, and those with a temperature over 37.5°C will be refused entry to the venue.
• If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Ninja Force terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• Participants may use cameras for personal/non-professional purposes in the venue, but please do not disturb the performers or any participants when taking pictures, and should always pay attention to the safety of everyone.
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed into the venue.
• There will be media coverage and publicity shooting in the venue. Images may be used for marketing or non-commercial purposes (including media coverage);
• Please keep an eye on your belongings at all times. Ninja Force is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items;
• It is forbidden to bring any food and drink into the venue;
• The organizer reserves the right to deny admission to ticket holders;
• Any issues that are not expressly stated in the terms of this event will be determined by the organizer in compliance with applicable laws;

Transportation guide

• Ninja Force is located in Shui Mei Village, Kam Tin, Yuen Long and can be reached by the following means of transport:
• Green minibus 601B Kam Sheung Road Station <-> Park Wai Tsuen (get off at the minibus terminus and walk for 10 minutes)
• You are welcome to drive by yourself (free parking available at the venue)
• Taxi
• On the night of the event, a shuttle bus will be provided between Tsim Sha Tsui and Ninja Force *Add-on round-trip $60 (pre-order required)
