Advice and Notice to Visitors

• The Festival will implement measures and procedures in response to COVID-19 that comply with government regulations and guidelines. For example, all visitors are required to undergo temperature screening and wear masks when entering and visiting the Festival at all times. All visitors are requested to scan the QR code via “LeaveHomeSafe” Mobile App or complete the registration form when entering the Festival. Visitors can browse the HKBPE’s official website (www.hkbpe.com.hk) and notices at the Festival for the related measures and procedures.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited at the Festival.
• Although The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong has used its best endeavors to ensure that the exhibitors comply with all relevant laws in Hong Kong, we still strongly advise that visitors should exercise due diligence and care when purchasing products at the Festival. In case of any doubts, please consult your doctor in advance.
• Visitors must satisfy themselves with the quality and condition of every product before purchase at the Festival. The Organiser and Fair Manager do not assume any responsibility for any products sold by the exhibitors.
• To ensure the safety of visitors, the Organiser and Fair Manager reserve the right to execute admission control if the venue is overcrowded. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused.
• The Organiser and Fair Manager have the right to reject admission if the ticket holder fails to comply with the Festival regulations (including the epidemic measures and restrictions).
• The purchased ticket will be invalid in the event that the Festival is cancelled or postponed due to the pandemic or other reasons.
• In case of disputes, the Organiser and Fair Manager reserve the final right of decision on all matters concerning the use of the purchased ticket.

• 7 free shuttle bus routes will be arranged during the Festival period, running from Tung Chung, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai to AsiaWorld-Expo in every 30 minutes, including: Tung Chung
• Yat Tung Estate, near North Lantau Hospital bus stop (South Bound)
• Opposite to Ying Tung Estate Bus Terminal
• Front of MTR Tung Chung Station (near taxi stand)
