Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass

• Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass will be available for registration from 10am on 17 July 2021 via the online platform of Klook on a first-come-first-served basis. The selling price of each Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass is HK$150. Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass issued/given as prize(s) for any promotional activities cannot be refunded or exchanged for any other prize(s)
• Each Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass includes:
• 1 admission to Keigo Family Photo Hunt Mobile Game
• 1 HKD50 Discovery Bay Shopping Voucher, to be used on Monday to Friday from 2021-07-19 to 2021-09-30 (other terms and conditions apply)
• 1 HKD50 Discovery Bay Dining Voucher, to be used on Monday to Friday from 2021-07-19 to 2021-09-30 (other terms and conditions apply)
• In each online registration, each person is allowed to register for one Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass
• The registrant will receive a confirmation email issued by Klook upon the completion of registration at Klook
• If you have not received the said confirmation email within 24 hours after registration, please contact Klook’s Help Centre
• No refund or change shall be entertained once the registration is completed
• Neither the operator nor Klook shall be responsible for the failure of delivery of confirmation email due to any incorrect email address or other information given during the registration process. No request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained
• In case of any disputes, the operator’s decision and interpretation shall be final and conclusive
• Registration of Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass represents the participant’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with these terms and conditions.

Keigo Family Photo Hunt Mobile Game

• Participants should arrive at the Concierge of Discovery Bay Plaza from 2021-07-17 to 2021-08-31 (12:00 – 21:30), to redeem one Discovery Bay FUNtastic Summer Pass and be admitted to the Keigo Family Photo Hunt Mobile Game (“the Game”), by presenting the confirmation email issued by Klook. Registration records or other documents purportedly in support will not be accepted for admission. The confirmation email shall be void if lost, damaged or tampered with, and no replacement shall be issued
• Should a participant be unable to attend the Game due to whatever reasons, no refund shall be made
• Each participant should enter the Game with his/her own smartphone, installed with Safari browser version 11.0 or above (for IOS smartphone user) or Google Chrome browser with version 66 or above (for Android smartphone user) and grant access right to his/her smartphone’s camera during the Game
• The operator shall not be responsible for the participant’s failure to access the Game or any interruption during the Game due to any technical problems of participants’ smartphones, mobile data service providers and wifi service providers during the Game
• Each participant must present his/her smartphone showing the game completion page to one set of Keigo x Discovery Bay premiums at the Concierge of Discovery Bay Plaza
• Premiums cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts
• Participants are responsible for evaluating the risk of injury involved in the participation of the Game, and accept that the operator shall not be liable for any injury suffered and for any loss or damage to their personal properties in the participation of the Game
• The operator reserves the right to cancel the Game in case of severe COVID-19 epidemic situation, adverse weather conditions (e.g. typhoon signal No. 8 or higher/ Black rainstorm warning signal in force) and force majeure events that are beyond the control of the organiser and make it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the Game
• Participation in the Game represents the participant’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with these terms and conditions. No request for refund or compensation under any circumstances shall be entertained
• In case of any disputes, the operator’s decision and interpretation shall be final and conclusive
