- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- If customer would like to extend rental period, please contact Wifi Egg before the end of the booked period

Activation procedure
- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 30 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: After the device is connected, data usage and country name will be shown on the screen
- Step 3: Press the power button once to display the SSID and password

- Additional Days: HKDHKD60 (5 devices) / 180 (32 devices) (if you contact Wifi Egg for rental period extension) per day
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: HKD1000
- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: HKD50
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: HKD50
- Loss, damage, or breakage of Adaptor: HKD150
- Loss, damage, or breakage of Sim Card: HKD300
- If customers did not return the device on time and did not contact Wifi Egg for rental period extension, HKD60 (5 devices) / 180 (32 devices) per day will be charged for additional days
Cancellation policy
- 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 1 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
