Luggage Services

  • Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 25kg or 55lbs
  • Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the operator
  • Luggage with more than 200cm in size (sum of length, width, and height) will not be accommodated
  • Your luggage can be traveling bag, suitcase, and boston bag
  • You cannot store precision instrument (PCs), breakables, valuables, dangerous article, animal, dirty thing, thing giving off odor, thing which might give harm

Additional information

  • Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
  • Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • A surcharge of JPY660 will apply if you fail to collect you luggage before 8pm, payable onsite
  • You will be paid a maximum of JPY10,000 per damaged or lost belonging if the operator fails to secure your luggage. However, unintentional damages are exempted from this insurance
  • This service is only 1 day service. If you would like to extend your service, please book again
