• Each passenger may bring a 28 inch luggage. Additional luggage will be charged by the driver on the spot
• You will be notified of the actual pick up time and location before 9:00pm a day prior to your scheduled booking; please be reminded to contact our customer service in the event that you do not receive the notification

Airport to City:

• The driver will wait for 60 min based on your flight's arrival time. If the driver waits for over 60 min, you will be charged NT$300 every 60 min
• In case of canceled or delayed flights, a full refund will be provided based on the situation

City to Airport:

• Please book the pick up for 3 hours earier than your flight's departure time. The driver will wait 30 min based on the reserved time. If the driver waits for over 30 min, you will be charged NT$300 every 60 min
• If parking is not available at the requested pick up location, your driver may park in a nearby parking lot or alley
• Please allow up to 15 minutes leeway around given pick up time due to unforeseeable traffic conditions

Redemption information

• The voucher can only be used on the specified date and time
• Please ensure that your phone number and email address are correct
• You will be notified of the actual pick up/drop off time and location via email or SMS the day before your scheduled booking; please be reminded to contact our customer service in the event that you do not receive the notification
