Additional Information:

  • Children aged 0-3 are free of charge as long as they will be seated on the lap of their parent or guardian (without occupying a seat)
  • Please note that bad weather condition and traffic congestion could lead to delays
  • Full refunds will be issued if the service is cancelled by the operator due to heavy congestions or extreme weather conditions
  • Please keep your luggage voucher (both delivery and storage) as you will need to present it for luggage pick up
  • Please make a separate booking if you need extra space for your luggage
  • The luggage storage voucher is not for isolated sale, it can only be purchased in combine with the bus ticket
  • Please pick up your luggages stored within the opening hours 10:00am-8:00pm, otherwise you will be asked to pay a surcharge on site
  • Travelers who book the bus ticket with a travel date selected within Nov 2019 may use luggage storage service (one piece of luggage only) and carry one more piece of luggage on board for free

Pick Up and Drop Off Information:

  • For Kansai International Airport Pick-up: Please head to EasyGo counter located in T1 International Arrival Hall 1F north exit, and receive boarding ticket at the counter by exchanging with a QR voucher. A staff will then guide you to the bus boarding location
  • For other locations: Please be at the pick up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
  • No refunds will be issued for no shows and latecomers
  • For 8:10am pick up service from Kansai Airport, please contact the driver to confirm your booking
  • Contact the customer service at 06-6634-1247 for more information

Очень удобно, не нужно ходить в толпу с людьми, которым нужно ехать на поезде, мы пользуемся автобусом, там удобно сидеть, людей немного, очень удобно, рекомендую пользоваться

Что касается обмена, я только немного недоволен службой поддержки, потому что я спросил, включен ли багаж, и служба поддержки сказала нет, но оказалось, что 2 места багажа могут быть включены.

Лучше позвонить им, чтобы подтвердить до фактической даты отъезда. Когда я попросил сотрудников стойки регистрации позвонить им, мне сказали, что на мое имя нет брони. Я также подошел к пункту посадки и спросил сотрудников, которые там работали, но они сказали, что никогда не видели автобусов для посадки в аэропорту за пределами их магазина. Я был на 30 минут раньше в пункте выдачи в день отъезда. Это был микроавтобус вместо автобуса. Ответственное лицо г-жа Ду сказала, что они уже проинформировали магазин об этом. Может быть, они не помнят. Водитель г-н Ян был очень эффективным, и когда мы достигли 2-го пункта посадки, мы ждали пассажира 20 минут, но никто не появился. Итак, водитель уехал. Еще раз спасибо поддержке Klook, г-же Ду и г-ну Яну.

За день до поездки на автобусе сотрудники службы поддержки клиентов подтверждают место и время посадки по электронной почте и сообщают подтвержденное место ожидания. В тот же день обслуживающий персонал поможет вам отсканировать QR-код, и вы сможете отвезти машину в аэропорт! Искренне рекомендую эту услугу, вам не нужно ходить вверх и вниз по метро и трамваям с большими сумками и маленькими сумками, и я единственный в это время дня.Если вы путешествуете семьей, это как арендовать машину~~👍

Не сложный, быстрый, хороший водитель. Просто надо знать, куда идти от остановки. До отеля машина едет далеко, но пользуясь результатами опроса гугл карты перед поездкой, так что не теряйте время зря, расстроенный в следующий раз придется пользоваться сервисом снова. спасибо Клук

Я думал, что это автобус, но не ожидал, что это будет микроавтобус, чартерная машина для группы из 6 человек. Может быть, мало кто знает об этом!
