- Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 4 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

- Indicate an active contact number at the checkout page so the driver can reach you during pick up time
- The driver will wait up to 2 hours from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for pick up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given

I requested 7pm as my pick up time. Our flight arrived on time, but with waiting for our luggage, we didn't get out until 7:45pm. I didn't think this would be a problem as the voucher said the driver would wait up until 2 hours after arrival, but when we got out to the hall, HE WASN'T THERE. The thing is, the company never got in touch with me or sent me details regarding the driver so I had no one to call. A kind stranger from another company saw me and asked which company I was waiting for and offered to call them for me. The driver said he needed 10 minutes. By this time it was already past 8:00pm. He was an hour late. After acquiring the company number from the same kind stranger, I called again at 8:15pm and was informed the driver was looking for me but couldn't find me. Eventually I saw him holding up my name, but not in the same place most drivers would be waiting. When I asked him why he was late, he said it was traffic. He was 1 hour and 20mins late because of traffic? Either way, 1 star goes to actually getting us to our destination safely. But overall, the panic of not seeing your driver when you exit to the arrival hall, not having a number to call, all while exhausted coming from a flight was absolutely horrible. Will not book from this company again.
