Booking Requirements

• Same day booking: Please book a minimum of 6 hours before your flight arrival or departure in local time so the operator can prepare and serve you better
• To fasten the fast-track process, please prepare your passport, boarding pass (for baggage claim), and custom form clearance
• Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months until the date of departure and/or arrival
• If you require a visa-on-arrival (VOA), the operator can assist you in purchasing one. Please prepare cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for the assistance fees

• Children aged 0-1 will be counted as an adult, hence infants will be charged at the adult rate

• Please note that the operator is not responsible for any problems that may occur during the customs, immigration, or quarantine check
• Please prepare your flight return ticket for immigration checks, otherwise, your arrival will be refused
• Important: This service is not available for tourists who have been blacklisted by the Indonesian Immigration Service or tourists who do not hold legal visas.
