Luggage Information
- Each passenger is allowed to bring 1 suitcase (regardless of size) plus 1 piece of handbag which can be put on the thighs for free on board
- If you bring more luggage with you and they are too large so must be put at the trunk, you are subject to a surcharge of TWD100 per piece which must be paid in cash to the driver on site
- Please indicate the number and size of your suitcases and handbags upon checkout. If you do not inform based on the fact, the driver preserves the right to refuse providing service under safety concerns. If this happens, no refunds will be issued

- Please note: For services from downtown Taipei to Taoyuan Airport, please select your plan 3 hours ahead of your scheduled departure/arrival time. If the time falls on 7:00-21:59, please select daytime service. If the time falls on 22:00-6:59, please choose nighttime service. For example, for those flight departing at 7:40, the approximate pick up time will be 3 hours in advance which is 4:40, so they should reserve for nighttime service. Please select the correct pick up date on this page and indicate your preferred pick up time upon checkout
- Since this a shared transfer, kindly note that vehicle type is based on the number of passengers on the travel date and cannot be assigned upon checkout. The operator might offer 5-seater (Toyota Wish, RAV4, Camry, Altis, or similar) or 9-seater (Volkswagen T6/T5, Hyundai Starex, Ford Tourneo Custom, or similar)
- Please note that a taxi may be provided for the tour as a vehicle, and no additional fees will be collected
- Please note: The pick up and drop off locations for this transfer are limited to the following areas: Zhongshan District, Datong District, Xinyi District, Zhongzheng District, Da'an District, Songshan District, Wanhua District, Shilin District, Neihu District, Nangang District, Wenshan District (Taipei City, not including mountain areas); Banqiao District, Zhonghe District, Yonghe District, Sanchong District, Luzhou District, Xinzhuang District (New Taipei City, not including mountain areas)
- Nighttime service will incur a surcharge of TWD150 per person. For those booking for daytime service but ending up using the nighttime service due to change of flight or wrong reservation, a surcharge of TWD150 per person should be paid to the driver in cash on site
