Additional Information:
- You can modify the pick up time within 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Klook's customer service for inquiries
- If you fail to pick up the device within 24 hours of your booked time, the phone might be rented to another client
- Failure to return the smartphone on time will incur an additional charge of EUR200
- Please inform the operator in advance if you will fail to return the device on time due to unforseen circumstances. Otherwise, the operator will consider it as loss or stolen and your card will be charged with EUR200
- If you would like to extend your rental period, please inform the operator at least 48 hours prior the scheduled return time

Easy to use however phone settings configured is complicated and we might easily exceed the given amount of data, or accidentally use data roaming when out of EU.

Мобильный телефон был очень полезен, интернет был быстрым. Работает даже в метро. Также имеет приличную камеру и длительное время автономной работы. Единственная неудача в том, что я выбрал предоплаченную услугу возврата по почте, но меня все равно попросили наличные, когда я вернул устройство, несмотря на то, что у меня был предоплаченный конверт и почтовая марка, которые уже были оплачены!

We arrived at the Orly Airport and went to the Tourism Info Desk to pick up the wifi, however, they couldn't find my reservation. The person at the desk called his supervisor and sent a photo of the voucher to him. He said that they don't carry the product there and cannot do anything about it. I never got the travel smartphone and just wasted my money.
Excellent customer service, but there are some areas where the signal were so weak..
