Additional information
- Driver's contact number will be sent to your email address one night before your flight date. Please check your email or junk mail box. After landing, please call the driver right away

Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Child seat:
- AUD 15 per seat
- Extra luggage:
- AUD10-50 per luggage
- Meet and greet service is available at an additional cost of AUD20 per vehicle
- Midnight surcharge applies if your arrival and departure transfers fall between 23:00-06:30
- For arrivals, your driver will be at the airport 15 minutes after your actual landing time and will wait for you for a maximum of 1 hour. Extra waiting time will cost an additional of AUD1 per 1 minute
- A long distance surcharge of AUD1.5 per kilometer will be applied to accommodations outside Perth CBD
- Please indicate any special arrangements needed upon check out

Честно говоря, оценил бы его на 3 звезды за ложный маркетинг. В описании много раз обещалось наличие «англоговорящего водителя», но водитель, который был назначен нам, не говорил по-английски. К счастью, я немного понимал китайский / мандаринский, и для слов, которые я не понимаю, он использовал переводчик Google на своем телефоне, чтобы общаться с нами. Но оценил его на четыре звезды из-за хорошего обслуживания водителя. Очень удобная и быстрая поездка из аэропорта на наш Airbnb. Мой муж также случайно оставил свой кошелек в машине, и водитель взял на себя смелость отправить нам свой кошелек со всем целым. Рекомендую эту услугу всем, кто не арендует машину в Перте, потому что такси Uber / Airport будет стоить дороже + вам придется стоять в очереди. Но мы бы порекомендовали Klook отредактировать ваше описание, чтобы убрать обещание англоязычного драйвера. Водитель был вежливым и профессиональным! Он поделился своими мыслями о том, как передвигаться по Перту! Пока ждали водителя на обочине, стояла холодная погода.
Водитель вовремя. Он помог нам попасть на airbnb.
Прилетели благополучно в аэропорт и вовремя вернулись домой. Я бы благополучно прибыл, даже если бы использовал другой транспорт, но я был рад, что сделал предварительный заказ, потому что мой английский не очень хорош.
Водитель был вовремя и очень эффективен. Пришлось взять на себя инициативу связаться с Klook для контакта с водителем. Было бы лучше, если бы нам не пришлось гнаться.
