Enjoy a convenient and fast airport transfer service between Avalon Airport (AVV) and the city of Melbourne. Travel in style and comfort while riding your own private Audi 5 or BMW 3. Choose among three vehicle options: a sedan to accommodate 4 passengers, a midsize SUV to accommodate 6, and a full-size van like the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to transport as much 11 passengers. For airport pick up, you can opt for a meet and greet service where your driver will meet you at the arrival hall while holding a Klook signage. Your driver will patiently wait for you within one hour of your landing time. For hotel pick up, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel within one hour of your scheduled pick up time.

Surcharge table
- Extra mileage:
- AUD 1.5 per kilometer
- Extra luggage:
- AUD10-50 per luggage
- The child seat can be arranged upon request. The first seat is free of charge, and additional child seats will cost AUD15 each
- For arrivals, your driver will arrive at the airport 15 minutes after your actual landing time and will wait for you for a maximum of one hour. Extra waiting time will cost an additional AUD1 per minute
- Meet and greet service is available at an additional cost of AUD20 per vehicle
- Any extra large luggage (eg: snowboard, wheelchair and etc.) will incur an additional upgrade fee (payable directly in cash to the driver). Please fill in the notes upon check out for any special arrangements
- A midnight surcharge of AUD20 will be applied for pick up service between 10:30pm-6:30am

Супер удобный способ добраться до аэропорта Авалон из отеля в центре Мельбурна. я и моя семья получили удовольствие от поездки.
Удобная транспортная организация даже без службы приветствия, так как аэропорт довольно маленький. Просто убедитесь, что вы остаетесь на связи с водителем.
Очень прокол, машина чистая, водитель воспитанный. Настоятельно рекомендуется для путешественников с 3 человек и более.

Водитель был быстрым и вовремя, чтобы дождаться нашего прибытия в аэропорт. Машина была просторная и удобная. Единственным недостатком впечатлений было то, что водителю было трудно найти точное местоположение отеля. Но ведь все хорошо.

Trying to contact the driver but can’t get thru when at arrival hall & driver didn’t use any whatsup
The driver is punctual and waiting for us at the Avalon Airport although the weather is cold at the night. But the driver complaint that we did not booked the greeting sign, in fact we did paid extra for the greeting sign when booking online, there must be miscommunication between Klook and the assigned operator (Hongkong Rocket Ride). Hope they can improve their services to customer better.
