Не доставил в итоге. О том, что доставки не будет, мы узнали после многочисленных разговоров и звонков. Очень безответственный. Сказал нам ждать письма, которое никто не отправил. Много лет был клиентом Klook. Нас никто не уведомлял. Нам пришлось искать еще одного в течение нескольких часов после нашего полета. Очень ужасное обслуживание. Больше не буду использовать Klook. Очень расстроен и разочарован.
Плохой опыт. Товар не пришел, а звонить было некуда. Klook не смог вовремя помочь, потому что у них также не было контактного номера продавца. Не смог вовремя найти себе другой переносной вайфай, так как другие провайдеры уже закрылись на неделю. Не рекомендую это вообще.
