- Participants should be able to walk 2 km on uneven terrain and climb a steep set of stairs using rope assistance

- If required, you must provide your own child car seat. Children under 135 cm must use a child car seat when travelling in a car. Taller children may use a car seat if it is suitable for their height and weight.
