- Each passenger is entitled to bring 1 luggage and 1 carry-on bag. Surcharges will be applied for any extra luggage, the driver has the right to refuse service if the shuttle bus is overloaded
- Passengers are allowed to bring up to the recommended number of luggage. Additional surcharges will apply for extra pieces of luggage, to be paid directly in cash (USD) to the driver
- A surcharge of at least USD10 will apply for each excess luggage. Meanwhile, surcharges of USD10 will also apply for special luggage such as bicycle, overweight luggage or musical instrument, and sports equipment like surf boards smaller than 6 inches
