- Wearing a mask is compulsory for all visitor older than 11 years old. Visitors are required to bring their own masks
- A dispenser of hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance of the building and each visitor is required to use it when entering
- The distance of 1 meter (3.3 feet) between each visitor must be respected, with the exception of families and friends in the same party.
- Visitors must respect the direction of traffic indicated by the markings on the floor or in the seating areas
- The safety gestures and sanitary rules are displayed at the entrance of La Cité du Vin and in the circulation areas, as well as on their website
