Notes on Participation

• On the day of the event, the souvenir package will be provided after confirming the participant list at the Gwanghwamun Square registration booth from 17:00. To ensure smooth distribution of items, only individual applications are accepted for participation in the competition. (Team registration not allowed) ※ Souvenir pickup location: Gwanghwamun Square registration booth
• Souvenir package contents (string gym bag, socks, luminous items, drinks and snacks, bib number) ※ The bib number must be attached to the top before departure.
• This event is a walking event, so the race record will not be measured using a record chip.
• Refunds for participation fees due to cancellation are available until April 24, 2025. (After April 24, the participant souvenir packet work will begin, so refunds due to cancellation are not possible.)
• The time limit for the event section, Gwanghwamun Square~Blue House~Gwanghwamun Circular Course (approximately 5m), is approximately 90 minutes. (Traffic control will be lifted after 21:30, so you must return to Gwanghwamun Square.)
• There is no dress code. Please wear comfortable clothing.
• There is a storage facility at the event venue. The storage facility will store your bags and other items while you participate in the parade.
• There is no changing room for this event. Please note that it is difficult to change on site.
• There is no separate parking lot at Gwanghwamun Square, the event venue. Participants are requested to use public transportation.
• Upon application, participants are deemed to have agreed that any photos, videos, recordings, or other depictions of themselves related to this event may be used as promotional materials by the organizer. In addition, they agree that this may be used as promotional materials for future related events. The organizer collects personal information as required to ensure smooth operation of the event and to provide event-related services. The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide customized, individualized services that identify the participant, or to provide information on payment and other event information. Personal information will not be leaked externally without the participant's consent. However, exceptions may be made in cases where the participant has given permission, where certain information is inevitably required for the performance of a commercial transaction, etc., or where there is a request from an information agency through legal procedures in accordance with relevant laws.
