Registration Rules

• Those under 18 are not allowed to participate. Please provide identification upon check-in.
• For this activity, you need to show up at the ticket office with your ticket (Klook voucher). One ticket per person is required for admission.
• Tickets will be identified upon entry. Please keep your experience tickets carefully. Tickets will not be reissued if lost, damaged or unidentifiable.
• Please check in 20 minutes before the event starts. No rescheduling or refund will be made for those who are late or fail to enter.
• If you order tickets for multiple people, please pick up your tickets at the same time.

Experience Limitations

• Those under 18 are not allowed to participate. Please provide identification upon check-in.
• Some tickets provide snacks, which are non-vegetarian (excluding seafood, beef and mutton) and cannot be changed to vegetarian.
• To ensure a smooth experience, no food or drink is allowed. Due to (hygiene) considerations, no alcoholic beverages other than those provided within the experience are provided. If you need drinking water, please prepare it yourself.
• Tipsy drinks cannot be replaced with non-alcoholic drinks. People with egg, milk, and wheat allergies should consume them with caution.
• The experience requires physical interaction and movement up and down stairs. Considering the plot of some performances, it contains a lot of sound effects, light and other stimuli. It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with limited mobility, other major diseases, and people with physical or mental disabilities to participate.
• There are restrooms in the venue, but in order to allow guests to enjoy the party atmosphere more, it is recommended that you use the restroom in the department store downstairs before going upstairs to check in.
• Please avoid bringing large backpacks or luggage. Small items can be stored on site, but we are not responsible for their storage.
• The experience content and dialogues are all in Chinese. Non-native speakers can participate in the interaction, but if translation is needed, please provide it yourself. The content and interactions will be conducted entirely in Chinese. Non-native speakers are welcome to participate; however, if translation is needed, participants should make their own arrangements.

On-site regulations

• Taking photos or recording videos is prohibited without permission. Please turn off or mute your phone to avoid disturbing the performance.
• To ensure the smooth running of the experience, no food or drink is allowed, including drinking water. Please place all belongings in the check-in disposal locker. No bringing them into the venue is allowed.
• Please consider your own situation during the experience. If there is any vomiting or damage, a basic cleaning fee of NT$2,000 will be charged, and compensation will be paid according to the actual price of the damaged items.
• Please be respectful and polite, and do not maliciously harass, abuse, or push other guests and on-site personnel. If you violate the rules and still cannot control yourself after the actors and staff stop the process and persuade you twice, the experience will be terminated.

Activity changes and force majeure factors

• If the Taipei City Government announces a "stop work" on the day of the performance, Love City will be closed. Guests who have made reservations will be notified in order and assisted in rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be provided.
• If the government of the guest's departure location announces a "stop work" order on the day of the performance, we can assist in rescheduling by attaching "proof of employment, work certificate or student ID card that can indicate the region".

• Please read the regulations and instructions carefully before purchasing tickets. Purchasing tickets means you agree to abide by them. The organizer has the right to refuse admission or ask violators to leave without refund.
