Unfortunately left feeling disappointed due to several issues with our experience. While the food itself was good, the service & transparency regarding our set course were not what we expected from a restaurant of this standard. One of the main items included in the course we booked the A5 grade wagyu sukiyaki was never served to us. We only realized this afterward when reviewing the menu, which was frustrating since this was a key reason we chose this set. In addition, we were charged for drinks and cheesecake without being clearly informed that these were not included in our package. They were presented during the meal in a way that made them seem complimentary, so the additional charges came as a surprise at the end. For a premium dining experience, clearer communication and accuracy in serving the full course are very important. We hope the restaurant can improve transparency with guests to avoid similar situations in the future & we also hope this matter can be properly addressed.
