Immigration Requirements

Please take note of immigration requirements. Foreign guests are to be responsible for their own VISA requirements based on the countries they will be visiting. Passengers should be advised to consult the official website of the relevant country for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel documents. • Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. TDAC is mandatory from 1 May 2025. Foreign travellers are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card form no more than 3 days prior to their arrival in Thailand. Apply here
• Please be informed that all guests cruising on Star Voyager for the Jakarta itinerary are required to complete a customs declaration form. The form will be provided during check-in, and guests must submit it to the customs officer at the cruise terminal.

• Gratuity for Interior to Oceanview: SGD$27 per person per night
• Gratuity for Balcony: SGD$33 per person per night
• Gratuity for Palace Suites: SGD$40 per person per night

Check-ins

• Please visit https://webcheckin.stardreamcruises.com/ for mandatory Online Check-In that is open for you to input your details correctly. NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure. Please use the StarDream Cruises booking ID for your online check-in, the ID can be found on your Klook voucher below the QR code. If you are unable to do your online check-in, you can still do a manual check-in on the day of sailing
• You will only get your cabin number and room keycards at the counter
• Please take note of gate close timings and respective Check-In Time Check In Schedule from April to August 2025
