The terms and conditions for the “SJM presents: Macau Art City · NAKED OCEAN”:

• The ticket validity period is from December 19, 2024, to March 16, 2025.
• Tickets are valid for a one-time entry only and cannot be reused.
• Each ticket is valid for one person; children aged 3 and above must purchase a ticket.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents, guardians, and/or adults supervising children are responsible for their behavior.
• If a visitor disrupts others or causes disturbance, they may be asked to leave, with no refunds or compensation from the Organizer or its related parties.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, including candy and gum. Food and drinks can be purchased and consumed in designated areas.
• Cameras are permitted, but flash photography, tripods, lighting equipment, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
• For safety reasons, visitors are not allowed to wear high heels, flip-flops, sandals, or any unsafe footwear. Carrying large personal items is also prohibited.
• All visitors enter at their own risk. Due to dim lighting and uneven floors, certain areas may be unstable. Visitors, especially the elderly, pregnant women, and wheelchair users, should exercise caution. If assistance is needed, please contact staff on-site.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer and its related parties are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the exhibition.
• In case of emergency, please evacuate according to staff instructions.
• Some areas of the exhibition can only be accessed via stairs.
• For safety reasons, wheelchair users may not be able to access certain areas.
• Some exhibition areas may be temporarily closed without prior notice.
• Some exhibits may feature strong lights and loud sounds, which could cause momentary discomfort.
• Visitors are prohibited from touching equipment and devices, including LEDs, transparent screens, mirrors, sensors, projectors, and lighting.
• Some exhibition areas have mirrored floors; if needed, drapes are available for use.
• Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior written permission from the official ticketing platform.
• For safety reasons, visitors may need to queue for entry depending on venue capacity.
• Ticket holders are responsible for their own transportation to and from the exhibition.
• Visitors showing flu symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, sore throat, cough, or runny nose must wear a mask at all times.
• The ticket sales cut-off time at the "Naked Ocean" ticket counter and the last entry time for the exhibition is 45 minutes before closing.
• Tickets cannot be resold or used for resale without prior written consent from the official ticketing platform.
• Refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless the exhibition is canceled.
• Please safeguard personal belongings; the Organizer and its related parties are not responsible for any loss or damage.
• Bringing any prohibited items into the venue is strictly forbidden.
• In case of extreme weather, the Organizer will announce any postponement or cancellation two hours before the event; please pay attention to official announcements.
• The official ticketing platform and the Organizer reserve the right not to reissue lost tickets and may change, modify, add, or revoke any terms and conditions without prior notice. • By entering the exhibition, you agree that the Organizer and its related parties may capture your image and/or voice for any purpose without compensation or payment.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who do not comply with these terms and conditions and related regulations and may ask them to leave.
• The Organizer reserves the final interpretation and decision-making rights.
