Can I enter again on the same day?

A single ticket can only be entered once and cannot be re-entered after leaving the venue.

Are there any age restrictions?

No. Children under 16 years old need to be accompanied by their parents. Children under 6 years old or younger are not recommended to participate. Children over 6 years old need to purchase tickets to enter. There are no restrictions on children under 5 years old, but it may affect the experience of parents or guardians.

How long does the experience take?

You are welcome to reserve 60 minutes for your experience. But maybe you will linger, extend it more, extend it into your life and continue to experience it.

Is there anything to eat on site?

Meals and drinks are not included in the experience, so you can come back after you are full. Or you can meet new friends while visiting the exhibition and form a group to continue the stall. If food and drink do appear on site, please treat it as free entertainment. You will earn money if you eat and drink, but it may not happen.

Can I take photos, videos, or audio recordings on site?

You can take photos, and moderate photos can leave beautiful memories. In order to maintain the quality and safety of exhibition visitors and protect intellectual property rights, please do not use flash, tripods, selfie sticks and other equipment.

As long as it does not disturb other viewers, we welcome everyone to leave memories in various forms.

Are there any other considerations?

Open your mind and accept the city's kindness.

There are many play equipment on site, please remember to take care of it and protect it. Every experiencer deserves to experience a perfect paradise.

If it excessively affects the experience of others, damages park facilities, hinders park operations, etc., the park staff retains the final right to manage the site and may ask the experiencer to leave without additional refunds.

Cancellation Policy

• If canceled 10 days (inclusive) before the end of the exhibition, a 10% handling fee will be charged
• Cancellation between 3 ~ 9 days before the end of the exhibition will incur a 50% handling fee
• Cancellation between 0 ~ 2 days before the end of the exhibition will be charged 100% handling fee
• The time limit for requesting a refund is 2 days before the end of the exhibition. Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are non-refundable once verified.
• Exhibition venue facilities or activities may not be open or canceled due to weather or other force majeure factors (please refer to the on-site announcement on the day).
• The venue has a safe capacity. If the number of people entering the venue that day exceeds the capacity, crowd control will be implemented. Please cooperate with the on-site arrangements to wait and enter in order.
