Validity

• Use your voucher on any date after booking is confirmed

Pick-up information

• Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the SIM card
• Once this card is successfully booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded
• This voucher has no validity period. You can collect the SIM card on other dates, but it cannot be canceled. Simply present your voucher and ID at any Chunghwa Telecom direct service center/Shennao Telecom store in Taiwan to receive a 5G SIM card
• Each passenger's ID can only be exchanged for one SIM card, and applications are limited to passengers over 18 years old.
• The same telecom operator is limited to one number. If more than one number is used, the redemption will not be successful.
• Applicants are requested to cooperate with the counter in taking a headshot.

Activation procedure

• The validity period starts from the card activation date
• When picking up a SIM card at the airport, the counter staff will assist you in activating the card on site
• The mobile phone must support SIM card insertion and removal, and must not be a telecom customized machine or card locking machine.
• If you still cannot access the Internet after activating the card, please set the APN to "Internet"

Cancellation policy

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• The number of days of the purchase plan shall not be greater than the number of days the visa is valid
