  • Airline counters are open at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to the arrangement of each airlines in different airports. Please check before you book any of the lounge services
  • The shower facilities are available on a first come, first served basis. Guests must reserve the shower service upon check in by informing the front desk staff
  • Please note: Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the lounges
  • Lounges are located in the restricted area
  • Transit passengers must possess an onward boarding pass

Очень хорошо и удобно получить доступ в зал ожидания, так как нам пришлось долго ждать перед вылетом. Не лучший лаундж, но отличная идея продать этот ваучер, очень полезно.

Ваша компания нечестная и мошенническая. Вы приняли оплату в размере 100 долларов США за зал ожидания Plaza Premium, который был закрыт 30 июня, и я иду в аэропорт, чтобы узнать, что я заплатил за то, что я не мог использовать. Погасить Klook легко. Тем не менее, общее впечатление от зала ожидания ниже стандартного из-за плохого персонала зала ожидания, неопытности справляться с спешкой, поведение персонала нуждается в улучшении.
