All you have to do is choose between the same day and night storage, select the drop off and pick up time, and then claim your luggage at the airport or at your accommodations after 4:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that extends your time exploring the city

- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32" (length and width total 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site by the delivery staff
- For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Baggage collection and delivery are handled by hand, and face to face
- For luggage delivery to the airport, the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up will be shouldered by the customer
- Please take photos of the luggage you will have delivered and send the photo to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information

Удобно, но если кто-то впервые воспользуется услугой, будет бояться, что сумку заберут правильно? Куда его доставят? у которого есть онлайн-чат, с которым можно связаться в любое время Перед посадкой в самолет удобно прогуляться.
Очень удобно, что в последний день не нужно брать с собой багаж. Изначально стойка отеля не выходила из нее, но позже попросили водителя помочь с координацией, и обслуживание было очень хорошим👍

Я забронировал посылку в аэропорту в 5:30, но не приехал в отель почти до 5 часов. Я так волновался, что не решился выйти из отеля и остаться в холле. пока водитель не пришел выразить мои извинения, и даже наши люди вместе доставили его.
