• WHAT ABOUT IF I’M BEING DROPPED OFF? Don’t sweat, there will be a designated pick up and drop off area for ease and convenience
• I’VE BOUGHT MY TICKET! HOW DO I GAIN ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL? When you arrive at TONGTONG Fest 2024, you will be required to present your e-ticket in order to collect your wristband. Wristbands are required and will be scanned upon entry. Weekend pass holders (2-day entry) are advised to keep your wristbands on for the entirety of festival weekend
• CAN I REQUEST FOR A REFUND? All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we will not entertain any requests for refunds
• WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? WILL THE FESTIVAL BE CANCELLED? TONGTONG Fest 2024 is a rain or shine event! We highly encourage festival-goers to prepare accordingly (don’t forget your ponchos, rain jackets, and small umbrellas!)
• CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS? Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on festival grounds from our array of vendors
• WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS? TONGTONG Fest 2024 is completely cashless – only DuitNow QR and major e-wallets accepted
