- Hand luggage must be placed under the seat in front of passengers or in an overhead locker
- 2 medium items (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) with a maximum weight of 20kg each may be carried instead of 1 large item, subject to availability
- Please do not bring any item of luggage over 20kg for safety reasons
- Surcharges apply for additional items which must be paid to National Express on the day. GBP 15 per additional luggage item for a single journey

- If you have lost or left an item behind, contact National Express Lost Property Team. Please be advised that a handling fee ranging from GBP 10-20 will be applied if your item is found
Eligibility
- Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge
- Each paying adult can only bring one infant aged 0-2 for free. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as Child (3-15)
- Children aged 3-15 will require a child ticket
- Children aged 0-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 14-15 may travel alone, starting at 05:00 and reaching their destination by 22:00. Unaccompanied children will be required to show proof of age or present a signed permission letter from their parent or guardian (SMS or chat-based messages are not accepted)
Additional information
- This vehicle is wheelchair-accessible
- Your night ticket will still be valid if you arrive at the airport in the early morning of the other day due to delayed flight
- Please ensure that you can be contacted on the phone number and email address that you provide when booking. These will be used by National Express to contact you should there be any issues with the service

Простой и удобный способ добраться до города. Автобусная остановка находится прямо за аэропортом и на 1 уровень ниже. Мы забронировали на время, но вышли пораньше, если в автобусе есть место, они вас отвезут. Автобус делает несколько остановок по пути в Викторию, включая Уайт-Чепел, Саутварк и Ватерлоо. Хороший вариант, чтобы доехать до центра Лондона.
Автобус отправился вовремя, отношение водителя тоже было очень хорошее, в машине было очень удобно сидеть. Если в следующий раз поеду снова, то снова выберу эту компанию.
Я смог оставить багаж и сесть в автобус с комфортом. Автобус прибыл рано, поэтому я смог приехать не спеша и отдохнуть, а поскольку он проезжал через основные достопримечательности и ехал в аэропорт, я смог почувствовать Лондон в последний раз перед возвращением. the driver didn’t recognize the ticket. I had to to take the train instead. I would like a refund. buy it from the official website guys

Bus driver almost didnt let me up the bus, better off buying the ticket for a specific timing to prevent any unfortunate events.
