Gin Fest Meets Tequila Fest 2025

• This Event is strictly for attendees over 18 years old.
• Each valid ticket admits one person only.
• New tickets WILL NOT be issued for used, lost or stolen tickets.
• You agree that the Organizer shall not be held responsible, financially or otherwise, for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere on site or during the event, regardless of fault or reason.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of the operators of the venues, for any personal injury suffered at a venue or any loss, theft or damage to your property at a venue.
• All tickets to Gin Fest Meets Tequila Fest 2025 are processed and issued by any ticketing partners, which has its own terms of service on its website to which you agree when using their service. All tickets are subjected to availability and acceptance by Wine Luxe International Ltd.
• Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
• Before entering Gin Fest Meets Tequila Fest 2025, it is mandatory for every participant to complete the registration process at the entrance.
• Tickets are non refundable, after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all the information, including personal information, specification and price carefully before placing order.
• Wine Luxe International Ltd reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

Event Arrangements During Inclement Weather

• When a tropical cyclone warning signal / rainstorm warning / extreme condition is issued, you are required to pay attention to radio and TV broadcasts on the progress / for further information about the weather.
• Event arrangements during inclement weather are as follows - (a) If No. 8 or above tropical cyclone warning signal / black rainstorm warning / extreme condition is lowered / cancelled between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, the event scheduled at or after 1:00 p.m. will be held as arranged. (b) If No. 8 or above tropical cyclone warning signal / back rainstorm warning / extreme condition is lowered / cancelled after 12:00 noon, the event will be cancelled.
• If the event has been cancelled due to a tropical cyclone signal, rainstorm warning, or extreme conditions, the organiser will announce the below special arrangements, including but not limited to the following: (1) Booth removal (2) Storage arrangement
• The public will no longer be allowed to enter. Exhibitors and visitors will be requested to leave the venue immediately.
